ITALIANO Regolamento di Pollyng Benvenuto/a su Pollyng, la piattaforma che ti aiuta a trovare il tuo "re" o "regina". Per garantire un ambiente sicuro e rispettoso per tutti, è essenziale seguire le seguenti regole. 1 Prevenzione e contrasto all'Abuso e Sfruttamento Sessuale di Minori -Pollyng si impegna a garantire un ambiente sicuro per tutti gli utenti. Qualsiasi forma di abuso o sfruttamento sessuale di minori è severamente vietata sulla nostra piattaforma. Il rispetto di questo regolamento è essenziale per la protezione dei minori e per la sicurezza della community. È severamente vietato: -Caricare, condividere materiale relativo ad abusi sessuali sui minori.(CSAM); (Per minori si intende chiunque abbia meno di 18anni) -Creare profili falsi che rappresentano minori di età inferiore ai 18 anni. -Condividere, richiedere o scambiare contenuti sessuali riguardanti minori. -Pubblicare, promuovere o facilitare contenuti o discussioni che normalizzino o tollerino lo sfruttamento sessuale dei minori. Segnalazione e Azioni Disciplinari: -Gli utenti sono incoraggiati a segnalare immediatamente qualsiasi sospetta attività di abuso o sfruttamento sessuale di minori. -Le segnalazioni saranno trattate con la massima serietà e riservatezza. -Gli account coinvolti in tali attività saranno immediatamente sospesi o eliminati, e gli utenti responsabili saranno segnalati alle autorità. Consapevolezza e Prevenzione: -Pollyng promuove l’educazione e la sensibilizzazione sui rischi legati all’abuso e sfruttamento sessuale di minori. 2 Nudità e attività sessuale per adulti Pollyng è una piattaforma dedicata agli incontri e alle connessioni autentiche. Per mantenere uno spazio rispettoso e inclusivo, è vietato: - Pubblicare o condividere contenuti con nudità totale o parziale, comprese immagini, video o link a contenuti espliciti. - Utilizzare il sito per la promozione di attività sessuali commerciali, come escort, pornografia o servizi di incontri a pagamento. - Inviare messaggi a sfondo sessuale non richiesti. Il consenso è fondamentale: qualsiasi proposta intima deve essere accettata da entrambe le parti. - Utilizzare un linguaggio esplicitamente sessuale nei profili pubblici o nei messaggi che possa risultare offensivo per altri utenti. Violazioni ripetute di questa regola comporteranno la sospensione o l’eliminazione dell’account. 3 Bullismo e comportamenti abusivi Pollyng promuove il rispetto reciproco. Non è ammesso alcun comportamento che possa risultare dannoso o offensivo verso gli altri utenti, inclusi: - Insulti, minacce, molestie o discriminazioni basate su genere, orientamento sessuale, etnia, religione o qualsiasi altra caratteristica personale. - Comportamenti manipolatori o ingannevoli, come creare profili falsi per truffare o danneggiare altri utenti. - Pressioni emotive o psicologiche, come stalking, gaslighting o tentativi di controllo sulle decisioni personali di un altro utente. - Condivisione di informazioni private o personali di altri utenti senza il loro consenso. Questo include immagini, conversazioni o dati sensibili. Chiunque violi queste regole potrà essere soggetto a ban temporaneo o permanente, a seconda della gravità dell’infrazione. 4 Segnalazione e moderazione Se ritieni di essere vittima di un comportamento scorretto o noti una violazione delle regole, puoi segnalare l’utente direttamente tramite la funzione di segnalazione sulla piattaforma. Il nostro team valuterà ogni caso con attenzione e prenderà le misure necessarie per garantire la sicurezza della community. 5 Violenza fisica e sessuale Pollyng condanna ogni forma di violenza e non tollera comportamenti che possano mettere in pericolo l’incolumità degli utenti, tra cui: -Minacce o incitamenti alla violenza fisica o sessuale, anche se espressi in modo indiretto. -Tentativi di coercizione o pressione per incontri fisici, specialmente quando l’altra persona non è a proprio agio. -Uso della piattaforma per scopi illeciti, come tratta di esseri umani, sfruttamento sessuale o aggressioni premeditate. -Condivisione di contenuti che inneggiano alla violenza sessuale, come immagini, testi o video che promuovano comportamenti abusivi. Qualsiasi comportamento che rientri in queste categorie comporterà la sospensione immediata dell’account e, se necessario, la segnalazione alle autorità competenti. 6 Molestie sessuali Le molestie sessuali, in qualsiasi forma, non sono tollerate su Pollyng. Questo include: -Messaggi o commenti a sfondo sessuale non richiesti, che possano risultare offensivi o invasivi. -Invio di immagini esplicite senza consenso (es. foto intime o materiali pornografici). -Pressioni per ottenere immagini o video intimi, anche in contesti apparentemente amichevoli. -Comportamenti insistenti e invadenti, come ripetute richieste di incontri o attenzioni non desiderate. -Stalking o tentativi di contattare un utente dopo essere stati bloccati o rifiutati. Gli utenti che violano questa regola saranno soggetti a ban temporaneo o permanente, in base alla gravità della violazione. 7 Regolamento di Sicurezza di Pollyng Pollyng si impegna a creare un ambiente sicuro e rispettoso per tutti i suoi membri. Per questo motivo, non sono tollerati comportamenti che possano mettere a rischio la salute mentale o fisica degli utenti. 1. Comportamenti Proibiti -Di seguito sono elencati gli atteggiamenti vietati su Pollyng, in quanto possono contribuire a situazioni di autolesionismo o suicidio: -Manipolazione Emotiva: Comportamenti che mirano a destabilizzare emotivamente un utente, inclusa la gaslighting. -Incitamento all’Autolesionismo o al Suicidio: Qualsiasi forma di incoraggiamento o glorificazione di tali comportamenti. -Diffusione di Contenuti Dannosi: Testi, immagini o video che promuovano o normalizzino l’autolesionismo o il suicidio. -Pressioni Psicologiche: Tentativi di costringere qualcuno a fare qualcosa contro la propria volontà attraverso ricatti emotivi o minacce. -Messaggi Minacciosi: Comunicazioni che suggeriscano danni a se stessi o agli altri. -Discussioni Dettagliate su Metodi di Autolesionismo o Suicidio: La condivisione di tali informazioni è severamente vietata. 2. Segnalazione e Intervento Se un utente si trova in difficoltà o mostra segni di pericolo per se stesso, è possibile segnalare il comportamento tramite gli strumenti disponibili su Pollyng. La piattaforma potrà intervenire con le seguenti misure: -Monitoraggio e Moderazione: Il nostro team esaminerà i contenuti segnalati e prenderà provvedimenti. -Sospensione o Eliminazione dell’Account: Gli utenti che violano il regolamento potranno essere sospesi o bannati. -Intervento di Emergenza: Se riteniamo che un utente rappresenti un pericolo imminente per se stesso, potremo contattare le autorità di emergenza locali affinché intervengano con i servizi adeguati. 8 Contenuti Severamente Vietati I seguenti contenuti non sono ammessi su Pollyng e comporteranno la rimozione immediata del materiale e possibili sanzioni per l'utente: -Scene di Sangue e Violenza: Qualsiasi immagine, video o testo che raffiguri spargimenti di sangue, ferite, mutilazioni o atti di violenza su persone o animali. -Ferimenti di Persone o Animali: Contenuti che mostrano, incitano o glorificano maltrattamenti, abusi o crudeltà sugli animali. -Aborti e Procedure Mediche: Immagini o descrizioni dettagliate di interventi medici, incluse pratiche di aborto o operazioni invasive. -Resti Umani o Cadaveri: Foto, video o discussioni riguardanti cadaveri, parti del corpo umane o situazioni macabre. -Armi da Fuoco e Oggetti Pericolosi: Immagini che raffigurano pistole, fucili o qualsiasi altra arma pericolosa. -Trofei di Caccia: Foto di animali uccisi a scopo di trofeo o scene di caccia cruenta. 2. Segnalazione e Conseguenze Gli utenti sono invitati a segnalare contenuti che violano il regolamento tramite gli strumenti dedicati sulla piattaforma. In caso di violazione, Pollyng potrà adottare le seguenti misure: -Rimozione Immediata del Contenuto -Sospensione o Eliminazione dell’Account in caso di violazioni ripetute o gravi -Segnalazione alle Autorità Competenti in presenza di contenuti illegali o pericolosi 9 Linee guida per il profilo -Per iscriversi a Pollyng è necessario avere almeno 18 anni (Ci riserviamo il diritto di chiedere un documento di identità per verificare la tua età, e saranno bloccati profili di minorenni) -La foto del profilo deve mostrare chiaramente il tuo volto. -Rispetta gli altri utenti e interagisci con educazione. -Niente insulti, molestie o contenuti inappropriati. -Non condividere informazioni personali (telefono, indirizzo) in pubblico. 10 Rispetto delle regole e provvedimenti Tutti i membri devono rispettare le regole di Pollyng. Awareness and Prevention: -Pollyng promotes education and awareness on the risks related to the sexual abuse and exploitation of minors. 2 Adult nudity and sexual activity Pollyng is a platform dedicated to dating and authentic connections. To maintain a respectful and inclusive space, it is prohibited: - Post or share content with full or partial nudity, including images, videos or links to explicit content. - Use the site for the promotion of commercial sexual activities, such as escort, pornography or paid dating services. - Sending unsolicited sexual messages. Consent is key: any intimate proposal must be accepted by both parties. - Use explicitly sexual language in public profiles or messages that may be offensive to other users. Repeated violations of this rule will result in account suspension or deletion. 3 Bullying and abusive behavior Pollyng promotes mutual respect. Any behavior that may be harmful or offensive to other users is not permitted, including: - Insults, threats, harassment or discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion or any other personal characteristic. - Manipulative or deceptive behavior, such as creating fake profiles to defraud or harm other users. - Emotional or psychological pressure, such as stalking, gaslighting or attempts to control another user's personal decisions. - Sharing other users' private or personal information without their consent. This includes images, conversations or sensitive data. Anyone who violates these rules may be subject to a temporary or permanent ban, depending on the severity of the infraction. 4 Reporting and moderation If you believe you are a victim of inappropriate behavior or notice a violation of the rules, you can report the user directly via the report function on the platform. Our team will evaluate each case carefully and take the necessary measures to ensure the safety of the community. 5 Physical and sexual violence Pollyng condemns all forms of violence and does not tolerate behavior that may jeopardize user safety, including: -Threats or incitement to physical or sexual violence, even if expressed indirectly. -Attempts to coercion or pressure into physical encounters, especially when the other person does not feel comfortable. -Use of the platform for illicit purposes, such as human trafficking, sexual exploitation or premeditated assault. -Sharing content that glorifies sexual violence, such as images, texts or videos that promote abusive behavior. Any behavior falling into these categories will result in the immediate suspension of the account and, if necessary, reporting to the competent authorities. 6 Sexual harassment Sexual harassment, in any form, is not tolerated on Pollyng. This includes: -Unsolicited sexual messages or comments that may be offensive or invasive. -Sending explicit images without consent (e.g. intimate photos or pornographic materials). -Pressure to obtain intimate images or videos, even in seemingly friendly contexts. -Insistent and intrusive behaviors, such as repeated requests for meetings or unwanted attention. -Stalking or attempting to contact a user after being blocked or rejected. Users who violate this rule will be subject to a temporary or permanent ban, depending on the severity of the violation. 7 Pollyng Security Policy Pollyng is committed to creating a safe and respectful environment for all its members. For this reason, behaviors that may put the mental or physical health of users at risk are not tolerated. 1. Prohibited Behavior - Below are the behaviors that are prohibited on Pollyng, as they can contribute to situations of self-harm or suicide: -Emotional Manipulation: Behaviors that aim to emotionally destabilize a user, including gaslighting. -Incitement to self-harm or suicide: Any form of encouragement or glorification of such behaviors. -Spread of Harmful Content: Texts, images or videos that promote or normalize self-harm or suicide. -Psychological Pressure: Attempts to force someone to do something against their will through emotional blackmail or threats. -Threatening Messages: Communications that suggest harm to oneself or others. -Detailed Discussions on Methods of Self-Harm or Suicide: Sharing such information is strictly prohibited. 2. Reporting and Intervention If a user is in trouble or shows signs of danger to themselves, they can report the behavior using the tools available on Pollyng. The platform will be able to intervene with the following measures: -Monitoring and Moderation: Our team will review reported content and take action. -Suspension or Deletion of Account: Users who violate the regulations may be suspended or banned. -Emergency Response: If we believe that a user represents an imminent danger to themselves, we may contact local emergency authorities to intervene with the appropriate services. 8 Strictly Prohibited Content The following content is not allowed on Pollyng and will result in immediate removal of the material and possible sanctions for the user: -Scenes of Blood and Violence: Any image, video or text that depicts bloodshed, wounds, mutilations or acts of violence on people or animals. -Injury of People or Animals: Content that shows, incites or glorifies mistreatment, abuse or cruelty to animals. -Abortions and Medical Procedures: Images or detailed descriptions of medical interventions, including abortion practices or invasive operations. -Human Remains or Corpses: Photos, videos or discussions regarding corpses, human body parts or macabre situations. -Firearms and Dangerous Objects: Images depicting pistols, rifles or any other dangerous weapon. -Hunting Trophies: Photos of animals killed for trophy purposes or bloody hunting scenes. 2. Reporting and Consequences Users are invited to report content that violates the regulation via the dedicated tools on the platform. In the event of a violation, Pollyng may take the following measures: -Immediate Removal of Content -Suspension or deletion of the account in case of repeated or serious violations -Report to the Competent Authorities in the presence of illegal or dangerous content 9 Profile Guidelines -To register on Pollyng you must be at least 18 years old (We reserve the right to ask you for an identity document to verify your age, and the profiles of minors will be blocked) -Your profile photo must clearly show your face. -Respect other users and interact politely. -No insults, harassment or inappropriate content. -Do not share personal information (phone, address) in public. 10 Respect for rules and measures All members must abide by the Pollyng rules.
